b. The Service is for your personal and non-commercial use only and may not be shared with individuals beyond your household.
a. Your NuoiTV membership will continue until terminated. To use the NuoiTV service you must have Internet access and a NuoiTV ready device, and provide a current, valid, accepted method of payment.
b. You can cancel your NuoiTV membership at any time, and you will continue to have access to the NuoiTV service through the end of your billing period.
a. All content included on the Service, such as text, graphics, logos, images, as well as the compilation thereof, and any software used on the Service, is the property of NuoiTV or its suppliers and protected by copyright and other laws that protect intellectual property and proprietary rights.
b. Your use of the Service grants you no right or license to reproduce or otherwise use any NuoiTV or third-party trademarks.
